The ideal candidate must have great communication and analytical skills, be a self-starter, outgoing and personable with an ability to interact with clients.
You will be providing administrative support across the firm and perform various clerical duties to include but not limited to: data entry, creating documents for clients, sorting and organizing documents received and preparing packages for clients, mail distribution, photocopying, filing. Coordinate front-desk activities and maintain office supplies.
Opportunity to grow and receive training for accounting duties such as preparation of personal tax, corporate tax, GST returns, payroll and financial statements.

Job Location: Downtown Vancouver
Educational Requirements: Diploma or experience in an accounting, finance or economics role is preferred
Attributes & Skills: General understanding of accounting processes, well-developed computer skills, detail oriented, excellent organization skills, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently, strong data entry skills, ability to work under pressure and problem-solving abilities.
